Dear Supporters of the Burn Boot Camp Beachwood Community,

We want to thank you again for standing with the Burn Boot Camp Beachwood team. Your support has been a powerful force in helping bring critical concerns to light.

As shared in a previous update, on Friday, May 23rd, Christina met with the staff after significant advocacy from both staff and members. During that meeting, the staff called for a clear plan of action. In response, Christina provided a list of commitments (with no information other than that which is listed below) to be fulfilled immediately:

• Hiring an Operations Manager and Lead Trainer (job descriptions to be posted and shared)
• Process payroll 3 days early and send tax documentation from the last payroll
• Implement monthly trainer meetings
• Provide training and support from HQ and the Stow location
• Ensure daily communications and end-of-day response times
• Issue a letter to members
• Introduce her "proxy" to staff as a point of contact when she is unavailable.  

Unfortunately, as of today (9 days later), NONE of these commitments have been fulfilled (other than a vague Facebook post to members).

• No job descriptions have been posted or shared with staff
• No communication or updates have been provided to the team
• No training meetings have been scheduled
• The promised "proxy" has not been introduced to the team, only a name and number were sent to the staff at the end of the meeting.

The continued silence and lack of follow-through is deeply concerning.  We are actively considering escalating the timeline since our priority is to ensure the staff receive the support they need as quickly as possible.

Given this continued inaction, should we escalate our concerns to Burn Boot Camp Corporate and the Better Business Bureau immediately rather than waiting?
