Dear Burn Boot Camp Supporters:

Thank you again for your continued support and for standing behind the 166 members who have signed the petition demanding meaningful change at Burn Boot Camp Beachwood.

As we move forward, we want to keep you informed of our next steps.

While 87% of those who responded to last week’s survey voted to escalate concerns to Burn Boot Camp headquarters, we’ve decided it is both strategic and respectful to make a direct appeal to Christina before doing so. This is not a pause in action—it is a preliminary step that gives her a final opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue and address the issues raised.

A few important clarifications based on questions submitted through the survey last week:

• Deadlines: Staff did ask Christina to provide clear timelines for improvement during their last conversation. She declined to give any.
• The Proxy Contact: One staff member reached out to the individual Christina identified as a point of contact. The response received was cold, one-sided, and made it clear that little support would be offered moving forward.  
• Staff Compensation: Several of you asked whether staff were paid last week. Yes, they did receive their pay on time. However, they have not been provided with any information about how prior compensation—paid via Venmo—will be properly taxed or documented. This remains a major concern.

We have asked Christina to respond to our letter by end of day Wednesday, June 12. If we do not hear from her, we are fully prepared to escalate this matter to Burn Boot Camp headquarters. And if HQ fails to respond meaningfully, we will share our concerns publicly.

We remain committed to restoring the leadership and stability that once defined Burn Beachwood—for both staff and members. Thank you for standing with us in this fight for accountability.
