I am Satyendra, a resident of JVTS Garden Chhatarpur Extension, New Delhi sharing a horrible incident that happened with me. 

 On 30th June 2025, a local builder named Naresh Kumar Tanwar owner of Jai Hind Associates and Jai Hind Realty abused and threatened to kill me in front of my wife and children.

This terrifying incident was captured on CCTV, yet despite filing a written complaint with Mehrauli Police Station, no FIR has been registered to date.

This is not just a personal fight — it’s about the right of every common citizen to live safely in their own home without fear from influential and criminal-minded builders.

Despite visual evidence, witnesses, and previous complaints, the police have failed to take meaningful action. This silence emboldens the criminal and endangers my life and my family's safety.

1. Immediate FIR registration against Naresh Kumar Tanwar the owner of jai hind associates  and Jai Hind Realty under relevant IPC sections for criminal intimidation, trespassing, and threat to life.

2. A fair and unbiased investigation into the case.

3. Police protection, if necessary, for my family until justice is delivered.

4. Strict monitoring and legal scrutiny of Naresh Kumar Tanwar's activities in the locality.

Update - Nitin Tanwar, the son of Naresh Kumar Tanwar, recently contacted me regarding this matter. During the conversation, he attempted to persuade me to remove the posts I had published about the incident.

I informed him that I would consider doing so only if the following conditions are met:

An unconditional written apology.
An unconditional video apology.
A refund of the cash payment of ₹2,00,019, which, according to me, was paid but was not included by Naresh Kumar Tanwar in the total consideration amount reflected in the property documents.

Until these issues are resolved to my satisfaction, my position on the matter remains unchanged.
