Our momentum is growing! Join us at the Civic Association meeting Wednesday, Sept 23 at 7 PM at Ronkonkoma Middle School

Hi Everyone,

We have a massive opportunity to push our cause forward! I will be officially presenting our petition to build a noise mitigation wall along Easton Street at the upcoming Ronkonkoma Civic Association meeting.

Our movement is gaining serious momentum, and we are adding more and more community supporters every single day. With Amtrak services fast approaching, our voices need to be louder than ever.

This meeting comes at a critical moment. Funds have already been granted for the Pond Road and Ocean Avenue crossing. Right now is our window of opportunity to pressure the LIRR to include our noise mitigation wall directly into the blueprint planning of this active project. If we don't get it into the blueprints now, it will be much harder to secure later.

All are welcome and highly encouraged to attend to support our cause, and it is always a great opportunity to learn about what else is going on in our community. Let’s make sure Easton Street is heard and to show that our neighborhood stands united!

Bring a neighbor, post an update on local Facebook groups to help us keep adding community and local leader supporters to the Petition before Wednesday.
