The undersigned individuals fully support the restaurant renovation plans for 716 Elmwood Avenue (f/k/a "Cecelia's Ristorante"; soon to be doing business as LLOYD TACO FACTORY"), including an outdoor patio with reasonable regulations for live and/or recorded music entertainment for patio patrons.
