Yesterday I wrongly claimed that Broxbourne Council leader Lewis Cocking had pronounced himself an expert on the collection at Lowewood Museum. Councillor Cocking did not claim he was an expert and for that I apologise. To have been classed an expert and have an understanding of the complexities of the collection, which runs into thousands of artefacts, someone would have to have spent many hours at the museum studying it. I am not aware that Councillor Cocking has done this so he is therefore not an expert and is therefore not qualified to claim that he knows what items are relevant to the Borough and which are not.
