Recently, Brooke Houts, a Youtuber with over 300,000 subs, was exposed for abusing her dog when she accidentally uploaded the raw footage of her video instead of the edited version. She quickly deleted it but it was already being circulated around the internet. Houts was shown spitting, kicking, hitting, and shoving her dog, yelling “STOP!” directly into his ear. She is abusing her dog. She issued an apology, saying she was having a “bad day”. So? That doesn’t give you a right to abuse your pet. Also in her videos with her dog you notice a lot of random jump cuts, I’m assuming that she hits her dog in between those many cuts and does god knows what. She also leaves her dog in a cage in the closet, and she once left him in a hot car while she was getting her body hair lazered off . She also uses a prong collar. When you pull on a prong collar while it’s on a dog, it digs into the skin and leaves holes, it can sometimes also cause death. Houts is not fit to own any pets.
