On Monday evening 11th July at 7:30pm at the civic centre Bromley Council's Development Control Committee are being asked to accept the boroughs local development plan which will shape development over the next 20 years. Unfortunately they feel that BYMT do not deserve exceptional circumstances to build a music school in the Green Belt yet they are positively removing Green Belt designation to create mainstream schools elsewhere in the borough, this is wrong. The council are also refusing to accept that there is a housing crisis and that we need to build more homes. To show that we care let's fill the public gallery at the meeting and let the members know that we care about Bromley and its long association with youth music and the benefits for our children.
