My name is Nariman a university student who had to abandon my dream of pursuing a master's degree because I couldn't afford to work unpaid for two years. This is not just my story, but the story of countless students across the globe who are forced to choose between their education and their financial stability.

Unpaid placements put an undue burden on students, especially those from low-income backgrounds. This makes it nearly impossible for less privileged students to take up these opportunities.
