Abused. Beaten and tied to a bed!

Myself and Joanne are currently sat on a train heading to London....again. This time we will be meeting with the Indian high commisioner. We have tried time and time again to ask our government for help to free our men. We have begged and pleaded that they take action and ensure our innocent men are brought home safe and well. It all seems to fall on deaf ears. So it's time to change tact and turn to the Indian government in the hope that they might help. We are so lucky and so grateful that the Indian high commissioner has agreed to meet us. We hope we can discuss the situation with him, explain to him that our men are not criminals, they did not and do not pose any threat to India and infact they were protecting seafarers many of whom are Indian. I hope he can see our men are good men, good men who have wives, children, and thousands of people wishing they were home. You may also have saw in the press a story about John Armstrong, Joannes brother. Who was dragged into a bus from the prison, beaten up, taken to a hospital and forced to take medication with no reason why or what it was he was taking. It was extremely distressing to hear John had been treated this way. None of us ever imagined our men would come to any harm and this has shaken us all. Not only has their freedom been taken from them but their human rights are also being violated. With no date for a verdict for the appeal been given. We've simply been told to wait! Easier said than done when you are fearing for your loved ones life, and everything around you is on hold until the day they return. I hope we get some answers tomorrow and I hope the Indian government will help us end this situation for good. Thanks as always for your tremendous support.
