On the 7th of July we will hand in our 350,000 strong petition to 10 downing street. Without your continued support it would not have been possible to hand this petition over with such a positive and determined feeling that finally we will get our men home. On the run up to this we are urging everyone to use the power of social media to spread the word of this travesty of justice, by posting a picture, video or quote of what Freedom means to you with the hashtag #Freeourveterans We all know how powerful social media can be, and it gives everyone the chance to show the world what freedom means to them, as well as helping our mean find justice once and for all. This was the first day Billy had ever met his son at 3 months old, spent 2 weeks with him, and hasn't been able to hold of see him since. We only had 2 weeks, but it was the most incredible two weeks of our lives. Watching Billy and our son do everyday things together that most people take for granted. Going to a supermarket in India as a family was something I longed to do, it sounds silly but i envied families as they walked through the aisles of Asda together, laughing, talking, choosing what they would have for tea that night. Believe it or not, going to the supermarket that day was one of the best days of my life and one I will treasure forever. This is what freedom means to me, Freedom is being free to love your family. Free to never take any minute for granted. Free to protect and nurture your family and free to Live a life that has been taken away from you. Thanks again for all your support.
