Dearest Friends,
Thank you all SO MUCH for sending your enquiries about the recent lawsuit against SeaWorld claiming that SeaWorld deceives the public about the conditions captive orcas are kept in.
Your hard work did pay off in the end. BA must have received over 100 E-Mails and after they tried to fob us off with the two standard PR replies they had sent to us in June and November, they finally sent the following, official statement out.
We are currently assessing the situation and pondering if we plan any further actions or wait for the court ruling on this case. So do stay tuned and thank you again everyone who got involved. These are the fruits of your hard work and persistence!
Here's BA's official statement:

I’m sorry you remain unhappy with our decision to maintain our relationship with SeaWorld, but unfortunately we can’t comment any further on this issue. Please be assured your feedback on the matter has been recorded and we’re grateful you took the time to give us your views.
We’re unable to respond to any further correspondence on this matter and we’ll consider this case closed, but if there’s anything separate we can help you with please let us know.
Thanks again for contacting us. I hope we can welcome you on board again soon.
