Dear Friends,
As you probably know, SeaWorld is currently getting sued for deceiving the public about the conditions captive orcas live in. In short, those bringing the legal action state that thousands of consumers would not have bought SeaWorld tickets or memberships if they had known about how SeaWorld really treats orcas in captivity. Now that they know, they are demanding their money back!
We want to know what British Airways' stance on this issue is seeing how they believe in SeaWorld's corporate narratives just like these customers did. BA have defended SeaWorld's practices publicly by telling us that they will continue to do business with SeaWorld and see no reason to end their partnership despite all our evidence for the detrimental conditions captive orcas live in. We have forwarded the information about the lawsuit to BA but want to ask them for a public statement on this issue.
So, here's the plan:
1) Please write an E-Mail via BA's complaint form at: https://www.britishairways.com/travel/custrelform/public/en_gb
2) Simply ask BA what they think about the allegations that SeaWorld deceives the public about the conditions captive orcas live in and hides information from customers that would influence their decision to visit SeaWorld's parks.

4) Please report back to us if you get a reply.
WDC, Whale and Dolphin Conservation, has sent out an E-Mail to their supporters yesterday asking them to contact BA about the lawsuit as well.
