Petition updateStop selling trips to SeaWorld. End your support for these cruel orca circuses. My response to BA's statement

Hello everyone,
As a follow up to the reply we received from British Airways about the lawsuit 2 days ago, I just wanted to clarify some things some people mentioned in the comment section.
1) My reply to BA, sent out just yesterday, was that I cannot accept their position and their inability to answer a simple question. I stated that I was heavily disappointed in the way this had been dealt with and that I certainly will not be flying with British Airways for as long as they are doing business with SeaWorld.
2) I used the phrase "your work paid off" in the last update to appreciate everyone's genuine efforts to demand a statement on the lawsuit from BA and not letting them get away with two previous PR statements. Their third reply was no better and while they claim to consider "the case closed" we do not for one second. In fact, we are planning our next actions as we speak.
3) If anyone had the impression I was letting BA off with this and giving in, I am not. I just expected a reply like this as any other statement could have heavily backfired on BA. There is no point hammering on with this if BA will just ignore future correspondence on the topic. Sometimes you just need to "shake it off" and move on and that's exactly what we are doing.
I hope that clarifies any misunderstandings. My goal has never changed and things like this just spur me on even more. Those of you who know me personally will know that I am a fighter never giving in. We are planning our next moves as we speak and will announce those once we've carefully considered all the options on the table.
All the best,
Kathleen
