Bring Youth Volleyball to Hall County Parks & Recreation!
Bring Youth Volleyball to Hall County Parks & Recreation!
The Issue
Help us bring youth volleyball to Hall County! We’re petitioning Hall County Parks & Recreation to start a local recreational program so our kids don't have to rely on expensive private clubs or out-of-county travel. It only takes 30 seconds to sign and make a difference for our student-athletes!
The Goal
We are calling on the Hall County Parks & Recreation Department to establish a youth volleyball league. Our children deserve the same athletic opportunities as those in neighboring North Georgia counties.
The Problem
Currently, Hall County residents looking for recreational volleyball must either rely on expensive private clubs or travel outside the county. While neighboring counties like Gwinnett, Forsyth, and Jackson have robust, affordable public programs, Hall County remains out of the loop for recreational youth play.
This creates a barrier for families who cannot afford club fees or the commute to other counties, effectively limiting the sport to those with the most resources.
The Proof: Why Hall County is Falling Behind
Neighboring counties have demonstrated that volleyball is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in Georgia. Here is how we compare:
