I am writing this petition with a personal and distressing story. I know Raymond North, born on 30th March, 1965. He resides in Olympia, Washington State in a Social Security Disability Facility. He comes from a family consisting of a brother, two step-brothers, and a half-sister. He's involved in a horrifying crime - child pornography. This crime not only spoils the victim's innocence, but it also can lead to lifelong traumas and mental health issues. The U.S. Department of Justice states that one in five children are subject to sexual solicitation online, which highlights the urgent need to address this matter.

Raymond's actions are deeply damaging and illegal. His digital footprints are visible on Facebook, WhatsApp, and MySpace. This could potentially provide a roadmap for the FBI to trace his activities and bring him to justice. It is essential that we, as a community, come together to bring offenders like Raymond North to justice. His compliance is no longer a choice he has the right to exercise.
