Rahaf Mohammed al-Qunun, 18, is in a Bangkok hotel room awaiting deportation. She has fled her Saudi family, having renounced Islam, and fears they will kill her.

Rahaf was trying to reach Australia but she says a Saudi official in Bangkok took her passport after her father reported her for travelling without a male 'guardian'.

​Video footage shows her barricading her airport hotel door with a table and a mattress. Thai court has this morning dismissed an injunction request by a human rights lawyer aimed at preventing her from being deported.
