Bring Precious our ADA baby home!

Bring Precious our ADA baby home!
The Issue
My name is Stephanie and I have never been in any kind of legal trouble in my life. I had never even gotten a speeding ticket, and On December 03, 2019 my life was completely changed as I knew it. After watching the events that occurred as the police came to Tommy I was terrified and I locked myself in the car. I was ordered out of the vehicle so I complied only to be yanked from the vehicle by my arm and handcuffed immediately! I kept asking why they were doing this and begged them to stop hurting Tommy he is blind. The officers were going to unreasonably search our car and I voiced my rights and told the officer he was not searching the vehicle. I decided to make sure they didn't get our key and I took a few steps towards our car and kicked the door closed with my foot locking it at the same time. I was tackled by 3 male officers face first to the ground and re-handcuffed much tighter. I ended up burying our car key. Precious jumped into my lap attempting to console me when I was placed in the cop car and Precious came with me, terrified. They still have not answered any of my questions or even asked my name.
My name is Tommy and on December 03, 2019 my life was changed as I waited at an old address where my wife and I once resided, we were there to retrieve my property from our old roommate. I am 100% blind and he was in possession of my handicap placard and my red-tipped cane when my wife, Stephanie, let me know that the police were approaching when all of the sudden I heard the sound of their boots against the pavement.... I never imagined what happened next would have ever happened to us. My wife and I were attacked by the Plano Police due to the old roommate of ours making a false report to 911 stating a white man in an unknown vehicle to this area was burglarizing vehicles in his neighborhood. He stated he didn't know us as well. I asked the officer how I could help them as he stated they received a phone call that a thin white man was burglarizing into vehicles, I asked him to bring the witness out so that we could rectify this situation when suddenly someone forcefully grabbed my wrist and out of a natural response I pulled back. I was then thrown to the ground and hit in the back of the head 4 times and then sprayed in the face with oc spray. Precious came and licked me in the face to try and console me, she was terrified.
After spending 47 days in jail we have lost everything. So many of our rights were infringed upon as well. The police gave our vehicle to the co-owner with everything we owned inside and then they took our ADA Dog Precious, that is federally registered, and gave her away while we were wrongfully imprisoned. We desperately need Precious back, as a puppy she chose us to take care of her, unbeknown to us she would be taking care of the both of us and changed our lives and made everything enjoyable. She was the neighbors puppy and was injured by a pit bull biting her and Stephanie was the only one whom could console her. Stephanie nursed her back to health and at that point Precious had found her home in her life, we needed her just as much as she needed us. We truly need her back as we know she is terrified wondering where we are and what happened to us. Please help us get her back. I realize how special she is and we have no problem with the individual that kept her safe visiting her but she should not have ever been taken, just as we never should have been in jail. Help us to get some small piece of justice back by bringing her home to us. We worry everyday as I am sure she does too.
