It will feature major speakers such as Josh Lerner, the director of the Participatory Budgeting Project, Helen Rosenthal, a City Council member who is actively supportive of Participatory Budgeting, and Fred Freundlich, who is a faculty member at the world's largest democratically run college, Mondragon University.
