Mary Diamond (#0144) is a young wild horse who has 3-Strikes and is now for sale!
Mary Diamond (#0144) was rounded up and captured in 2013. She was separated from her mama too early for a wild horse and lost her entire family–she was still nursing. Mary Diamond has spent most of her life in the captive pens at Palomino Valley with no shade or shelter. Her memories of living in the wild with her mama bring her comfort when she is sad. She's been offered for adoption at least 3 times and now is going for sale ($25) because nobody picked her. That’s what happens when a wild horse gets 3-Strikes from the Bureau of Land Management who generates more than 3 billion a year in land use profits.
Please SAVE Mary Diamond from a horrible fate if she falls into the wrong hands. Read more here: http://protectmustangs.org/?p=9308
This shouldn't happen to America's wild horses! They should never roundup more than they can adopt out. Wiping wild horses off their rightful home is a horrible thing that must be stopped.
Contact your elected officials and ask that they put all the wild horses in holding back on public land. Many herd management areas have been wiped out so greedy billionaires can make more money. #PutThemBack
There's more to life than money.
Help Mary Diamond find a forever home and bring shade and shelter to short-term holding facilities! Share this petition widely!
Thank you for taking action for America's wild horses. They have no voice. Mustangs need your help right now!
With kindness,
