This petition is to bring all banks, cables, insurance and all others customer service jobs back to USA. 

We ARE NOT a third world country, but we do receive a third world country customer service. Plus, ALL OUR INFORMATION; social security, credit cards, address, bank accounts, etc is on the hands of people overseas, people that cannot be accounted for their crimes. Hence all the scamming currently going on.

We are tired of our being abused by these companies and not being able to speak with someone to understand our needs and rights. The people that are on the other side of the line, do not provide us the service we need. We pay high dollars for all those services, when we call for an issue, we need to be heard and provide with the assistance needed. 

Health insurance is the worst, people are being denied services because the representatives do not know how to explain the services or what they need to do. We need to speak with someone in USA, someone that will know how to manage the situation and have a supervisor available. Someone that understand the language and our current socio-economic situation. 

I called my health insurance the other day, they told me i have not meet my copayment, however, i have actually overpaid, i have to speak with a supervisor, then this one manages to update the system, however, when i speak with a regular representative, they said the same.

My friend called the cable company to inquire about a lower rate, instead, she ended up with two accounts open for the same small apartment and is being billed twice. The case is already on the better business bureau. 

Another person called a very popular bank to inquire about why they were retaining the check her husband issued, they told her it could be she stole the check. Her husband called the bank, and it took them 4 days to resolve the issued. All because the person on the phone told him that they could not know he was himself. And that they did not recognize the phone number he was calling from. The same phone number that is on the bank system and that he has been having for 20 years. 

IN ALL THESE CASES, THE CALLS WERE ANSWERED FOR SOMEONE OVERSEAS. Someone who is unable to understand well the system, that need the permission from someone in USA to override the same system if needed and is unable to communicate with their supervisors in USA as they should to provide the service needed.
