We, the undersigned students, parents, alumni, and community members, respectfully ask the administration to reconsider the dismissal of Coach Baltimore.

For many of us, Coach Baltimore has been more than just a coach. He has been a mentor, role model, leader, and positive influence in the lives of countless student-athletes. He has dedicated his time, energy, and heart to building not only stronger athletes, but stronger young people.

While we understand the seriousness of the incident that occurred, we also believe it is important that the full context of the situation be taken into consideration. Everyone has moments where emotions run high, especially in difficult and stressful situations. One moment should not erase the years of dedication, guidance, and positive impact Coach Baltimore has had on this program and its athletes.

Coach Baltimore has helped students develop discipline, confidence, teamwork, accountability, and resilience both on and off the field. Many athletes have found support, motivation, and encouragement through his coaching and leadership.

This petition is not meant to disrespect the administration or excuse inappropriate language. Instead, it is a request for fairness, understanding, and a complete review of the circumstances surrounding the situation before a final decision is permanently upheld.

We respectfully ask the administration to consider:

Coach Baltimore’s years of commitment and service
His positive impact on students and the athletic program
Statements and perspectives from athletes, parents, and witnesses
The importance of second chances and fair evaluation
We believe people should be judged not only by one difficult moment, but by the overall character, dedication, and impact they have shown over time.
