Why this matters
Families in Waterbury and the surrounding communities deserve a fun, safe, and convenient place where children can celebrate birthdays, make memories, and enjoy quality time together.

Right now, parents in Waterbury, Naugatuck, Wolcott, Watertown, Middlebury, Cheshire, Prospect, Thomaston, and nearby towns often have to drive 40–60 minutes or more to visit the nearest Chuck E. Cheese. For many families, especially those with young children, that distance makes spontaneous visits and birthday parties much more difficult.

The Greater Waterbury area is home to thousands of families with young children and continues to grow. A Chuck E. Cheese would provide:

• A safe indoor destination for children year-round.
• A convenient location for birthday parties and family celebrations.
• New jobs for local residents.
• Increased traffic for nearby businesses and shopping centers.
• A place where families can create lasting memories close to home.

We believe locations such as Brass Mill Center or another nearby retail area would make an excellent home for a new Chuck E. Cheese.

Our request
We respectfully ask the leadership of Chuck E. Cheese to consider opening a new location in Waterbury or the surrounding area to better serve families throughout western and central Connecticut.
