Currently, Scripps Green Cafeteria offers its beloved Cauliflower Buffalo Wings on a six-week rotation. This extremely popular dish has a dedicated fan base, and we think it’s time to give it the spotlight it deserves!

Please sign this petition to request that the cafeteria increase the rotation from once every six weeks to once every two weeks, coinciding with Scripps Green’s Chicken Wing Day.

Increasing the frequency would give fans of this delicious dish more opportunities to enjoy it while also providing vegetarian employees with a great alternative on Wing Day.
