Rivian owners are missing out on basic features found in the cheapest new cars, this is putting off Potential Rivian buyers and leading to lower customer satisfaction.

Airplay does not require licensing and is optional for any user, there are no downsides. I personally drive in Bay Area traffic everyday, the Rivian maps lead me directly to traffic jams, I cannot safely respond to messages from family and friends while driving. And like most Rivian drivers I have had to mount my phone to the dashboard. Making driving more dangerous.
