On June 8th Parkside Breweries made the best beer to ever touch the taste buds of their loyal followers. Within a whirl wind of time parkside sold out and delivered the horrific news that tilt-a-whirl was only a single batch. In absolute panic, the fans rushed to the breweries filling growlers and grabbing cans. Then it was gone. To this day I hear the quiet whispers of customers asking staff members if the dole whip beer is available. Devastatingly, the answer from the extremely kind staff remains the same “unfortunately we ran out”. Each time I hear those words a part of me breaks down, it chews away at my soul and I wait hoping for the day that the answer changes. For the day they once again respond to the question of “can I get a pint of the dole whip beer” with “sure thing!Anything else?” 
As covid and all that has happened the past year there is no time like now. I am taking it upon myself to pour my thoughts feelings and love for the beer out on this platform. I petition parkside brewing to bring back this historical and life changing beer.
