Bring back the UTD Pride Wall
The Issue
On July 3rd, the “You Belong Here LGBTQ+ Pride Wall” in the UTD SSA Atrium was covered by a temporary white wall without prior notice or explanation. Actions like this make our fellow students feel unwelcome and unsafe.
We call on UTD Administration to reinstate the existing Pride Wall to the SSA Atrium or create a new one in the SSA Atrium to ensure that all of our students get to feel like they truly belong.
