The official “The Art Of The Bad Guys” was previously accessible to purchase but following the release of the sequel, the book was discontinued and is no long accessible to fans.

As an art student, I can say that this film has been incredibly influential towards my developing art style and having an insight into the creative processes behind a film including character designs/ explorations, environment designs/ explorations and early sketches would be so beneficial to artists like me who want to learn and grow.

Even fans who are not focused on art still strongly value ‘the art of’ books due to their beautiful representation and appreciation of hard work developed by the creative members of the film, while also offering deeper insights into the film’s symbolism, storytelling choices and details which may not be obvious on a first viewing.

We are asking Dreamworks Animation to continue printing ‘The Art Of The Bad Guys’ so fans and artists alike can further appreciate and support this work.
