Regional at Best was made in 2011 by Twenty Øne Piløts. It was their second album. There were 14 songs on the record, some of which got remasters on their third album Vessel. Most songs on Regional at Best, however, did not get remastered. When they were still releasing music independently, this album was available. However, when they got signed to Fueled By Ramen in 2012, they lost the rights to the album and it's no longer officially on their discography. It's also not officially on any streaming services because of this.

Because Regional at Best has been removed, this has made the album much harder to access for new fans of the band. Some songs on the record like Kitchen Sink and Glowing Eyes are fan favorites, and even those outside of the fanbase often agree with this sentiment. Therefore, we must try to take action to potentially bring Regional at Best back to the band's official discography. This would make it much easier to find for fans that may not have heard of the album before. The clique has already bullied Warner Music Group into giving us the archives back once four years ago. If we could do that four years ago, then we might be able to officially bring this album back from the dead now.
