As lifelong fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we've lived the stories of these iconic characters - Tony Stark (Iron Man), portrayed by Robert Downey Jr, who gave an unforgettable performance that left a huge impact. If the MCU was open to the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man, or Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine, why not offer the same to Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man? A character that he not only played but defined, thereby making it impossible for anyone else to play.

We ask that Pedro Pascal to take over the role of Doctor Doom instead of playing Mister Fantastic. He's a great actor and shouldn't be screwed out of being in the MCU, so we think he should still at least be allowed to play a different character. He looks more like someone who would play Doctor Doom and has proven he could play that kind of character. We wish for John Krasinski to reclaim his role as Mister Fantastic, but that is for another petition.

This concerns not merely casting decisions but also the integrity of the characters we have grown to love and the storylines we have followed over the years. It's about preserving the essence of these characters that these actors have brought to life so memorably.
