On our street, we used to have a swing hanging from our neighbour's tree.  Kids could use it and parents used to catch up with each other underneath the tree.  

Now our local council has asked our neighbour to take it down.  We would like to ask council to let him put it back up for everybody's enjoyment and to make our community fun and stronger.
