Petition to Reinstate Mr. Ball CDM High School Vocal Music Director. 

We, the undersigned, respectfully request the reinstatement of Mr. Andy Ball, an educator who has demonstrated remarkable dedication not only to teaching but also to mentoring, guiding, and nurturing our students. His commitment goes beyond the classroom, shaping young lives and fostering personal growth through his leadership.

Under Mr. Ball’s direction, the CDMHS choir program has flourished, becoming one of the most vibrant in the state. Through offsite competitions, retreats, and annual international music tours, he has provided students with opportunities that enrich them both as musicians and as individuals. His influence has even expanded beyond borders, as his choir students bring joy and hope to many disadvantaged communities overseas through their international music tours.

Since Mr. Ball’s absence, our students have been directly affected. They are being shortchanged, missing out on valuable experiences, guidance, and the exceptional opportunities that were once available to them under his leadership. The absence of his unique influence is not only felt in the quality of their musical education but in their overall development as well.

As a community of parents, faculty, and supporters, we believe Mr. Ball is being unfairly held accountable for the lack of sufficient support. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that this outstanding program has the resources and assistance it needs to thrive under his leadership.

It is important to emphasize that Mr. Ball poses no harm to our students. 

We ask that his value to this school and our children be recognized and that he be reinstated immediately with the necessary support to continue the incredible work he has done.
