As of 2024 the KIC chess club, a safe haven for many chess players and a place to show off your skills to classmates, has been ceased in favour of scrabble club, a game far less superiour to the mental challenge that is chess. To attract members to this club, they decided to get peoples attention with gifts of food that the chess clube never had acceses to before being discontinued. As a chess lover and advocate of fairness, I hope to reinstate the chess club.
