Bring Back Criminal Case on Facebook Gaming in 2026
The Issue
I started playing Criminal Case on Facebook around its release in 2013 and continued playing for many years. Like thousands of other players, I invested a great deal of time, dedication, and a bit of money into the game. Criminal Case became part of my daily routine and created many great memories.
Criminal Case and its standalone games built a large and passionate community. Players from all over the world worked together, competed with friends, exchanged energy, helped each other progress through investigations, and enjoyed years of engaging gameplay. The ongoing storylines and investigations gave players a reason to keep playing and see what would happen next.
Today, players are unable to access their accounts or have lost years of progress. For some, this means losing over a decade of gameplay, achievements, purchased items, and memories connected to the game. Even for players who can still access the game, important social features no longer work as intended. It is no longer possible to recover progress after switching devices or deleting the app, and players can no longer interact with friends or exchange energy as they once could.
Unfortunately, the community has received almost no official communication regarding the current situation. As a result, players are left with questions and speculation, but very few answers. We do not know what led to these problems, whether any solution is being explored, or what the future holds for Criminal Case on Facebook.
What the Criminal Case community wants most is transparency. We respectfully ask Pretty Simple to provide a clear update regarding the current situation, the future of the game, and whether there are any plans to help affected players recover access to their accounts or progress.
This petition is not about assigning blame. It is about giving a voice to the many loyal players who have supported Criminal Case for years and are now looking for information, transparency, and clear communication about the game’s future.
Thousands of players still care about Criminal Case. Sign this petition to encourage Pretty Simple to provide an official update on the current situation and communicate openly with the community about the future of the game.
"Games may depend on platforms, but players depend on answers."
