We must apologise, there was an issue with the petition. It was suspended as a result of a formal complaint by a 3rd party about the use of company names. We know who the companies are.
We expect the petition to be active again soon. We have our suspicious about who "complained".
Since we begin this campaign, we have lot of people contact us about the situation they are in.
We have people contact us about, discrimination, racism, sexism, favoritism, homophobia and xenophobia. We cannot understand how this is.
There is evidence that we will share. How it comes to this? We were the number 1 project in TP. Today, we are the worse. This happened since Brendon left.
We are aware that TP have been informed and have choose not to act. If TP know, than we accept that FB know as well and also choose not to act.
We are not been listened to. We want a person in charge of this team - Brendon - where this issues do not happen.
TP have installed almost 5 new managers to manage this team - why? There was just Brendon - why now it takes lot of managers to do his job?
TP and FB have not listened to us - we want Brendon back!
Due to ignorance and silence of these companies (TP and Meta), we will be contacting our union representation. They told us they will tell the local media in Portugal about the conditions we work with. They will share the evidence we have about the racism, homophobia and many other violations experienced by our colleagues.
Many agents have told us that the mandatory base salary increase by the government has been taken off their bonus amount. This is illegal.
Our union will tell the media about how FB/Meta are aware of our conditions and that they support this because TP are refusing to acknowledge it.
This is the next stage. If TP and Meta refuse to listen, we will move to investigate strike action.
We have many discussions with contractors around the world who work for Meta and we will follow there way.
If we are not listened to, 1 day of strike action, will cost TP and Meta thousands/millions in revenue. That is just 1 day. We will do more than 1 day if we have to.
All we ask before this happens, is a simple request - bring back Brendon! He understand and know how to lead a team to success. We can no longer work for the leaders that are here - they are not good enough!
TP and Meta, please make this decision before we make the next steps.
