Calling all xbox users to unite! Help preserve the games of the past that aren’t already backward compatible, so we can play them on the Xbox consoles of the future! Help us get the Xbox team and the Xbox Backward compatibility team to put backward compatible technology in their future Xbox consoles so we can automatically play any Xbox 360 game in them. Like Nintendo did back in 2006 with the Wii and Gamecube games. 

         If Xbox does this like Nintendo did, hundreds of more Xbox 360 games will be saved and preserved for years. With backward compatibility technology, game data can be transfer, saved and preserved by cloud. Games can also be offered digitally to keep them preserve incase the Xbox 360’s game disk breaks, cracks or is unreadable by the console. Eventually game disk(s) will either break, stop working and/or not be readable by the console right. Even Xbox 360 console(s) may eventually wear out, break down or just stop working all together. Without a lot more Xbox 360 games being backward compatible to play on Xbox Series S and X consoles and future Xbox consoles many gamer’s favorite Xbox 360 games will be lost forever. 

           Now is the time to take action and let our voices be heard. With a new team setup in April 2024, dedicated to backward compatibility and game preservation. We may have a good chance of getting Xbox to consider put backward compatibility technology in their future consoles to play Xbox 360 games by disk.  Even if there a low chance of Xbox doing this, please still sign anyway and let you voice be heard. As this may be a chance to get more Xbox 360 games added to the Backward Compatibility Program list.  This also maybe a great opportunity, depending on how many signatures we get, to get more developers and/or publishers to work with Xbox to bring their Xbox 360 games to the “Backward Compatibility Program” (if they aren’t already working with Xbox).  

            Please my fellow Xbox gamers, sign this petition and let Xbox know, we want more Xbox 360 games to be saved and persevered for many years to come. We want more Xbox 360 games to be playable on future consoles by backward compatibility through Automatic Backward Compatibility Technology (like Nintendo did) or by more 360 games being added to the “Backward Compatibility Program”.  Together we can save more games and be heard by Xbox, if we Xbox gamers, Unite!
