As a dedicated crew member of McDonald's and coffee lover, I am deeply disappointed by the limited iced coffee options in the UK McDonald's menu. Currently, there is only one iced coffee available, which does not cater to the diverse tastes of millions of customers across the country.

In contrast, American McCafé® offers an array of iced coffees that are loved by many. These include caramel macchiato, French vanilla latte and mocha frappe among others. These flavours not only provide variety but also enhance customer experience.

According to Statista (2020), over 70% of adults in the UK drink coffee and this number is steadily increasing each year. This shows a clear demand for more diverse coffee options.

By introducing American McCafé® Coffees into UK McDonald's menus, we can cater to this growing demand and improve customer satisfaction significantly.
