Kintore is one of the fastest-growing communities in Aberdeenshire, yet it still has no permanent pump track for children, young people and families to enjoy.

A pump track would provide a safe, purpose-built space for bikes, BMXs, scooters, skateboards and balance bikes, encouraging people of all ages to get outdoors, stay active and build confidence.

On 3rd August 2026, Tuach Track Community Group organised a FREE Mountain Bike Skills & Family Fun Day at Kintore Playing Fields to gauge local interest. The turnout exceeded all expectations, with hundreds of local residents attending throughout the day. It showed there is genuine community support for a permanent pump track in Kintore.

We're asking Aberdeenshire Council to work with Tuach Track Community Group and the local community to help make this vision a reality.

A permanent pump track would be a lasting investment in the health, wellbeing and future of our community.
