I live on Lady Nelson Way between Sunshine Avenue and Chichester Drive in Taylors Lakes/Keillor Downs. The amount of cars, motorbikes, trucks etc. that speed down this street is beyond annoying and dangerous. There are many families with young children around the area, there are children riding their bikes and scooters on the way to school and home from school. 

This speed limit along Lady Nelson Way is 50km/h, there are no where near enough signs that show the speed limit, or that it is a built up neighborhood. This petition is for the people in the area to have a voice and not be afraid to let their children play in the front yard or ride their bikes or scooters on the footpath. Please support me and my fellow neighbours to get council to provide a deterrence for these hoons. 

I am petitioning for either speed bumps, chicanes, round about or any other way to deter people, like more speed camers in the area at night when people least expect it.
