We face a choice.

We can lose ourselves in the dazzling lights of Riyadh Season's fireworks, the thrill of competitions at the Islamic Solidarity Games, and the spirituality of Ramadan gatherings, and pretend that everything is normal. Pretend that just a few kilometers away, in Gaza, homes are not without electricity, hospitals are not overflowing with the wounded, and children's dreams are not being buried beneath the rubble.

Or, we can take a stand and shout with every fiber of our being: Nothing is normal!

A dangerous and calculated effort is underway to turn the Palestinian cause—the beating heart and honor of our Ummah—into a marginal issue, old news, a forgotten story. These magnificent events, which draw the world's attention to us, have inadvertently become tools for this deadly "normalization." When we remain silent at the height of these moments, we are, in effect, sending a message to the world that the life, death, and heroic resistance of the Palestinian people do not matter to us.

This is no longer a simple request; it is a warning. History will not forgive our silence in the face of the erasure of Palestinian identity.

We call on you—the powerful, the wealthy, and the decision-makers:

Clarity of Stance: Are you on the side of history or the side of the oppressor? Make public support for Palestine an inseparable part of the ethical charter for all your events, especially the Islamic Solidarity Games, which bear the name of solidarity.
Give the Platform to Palestine: Instead of inviting indifferent celebrities, invite Palestinian activists, journalists, and artists to use your powerful media platforms to amplify their voices to millions.
Highlight the Symbols: Encourage participating athletes to demonstrate their solidarity in a practical way by wearing armbands, the keffiyeh, or carrying Palestinian symbols. It is a simple gesture, but a powerful message.
Financial Commitment, Not Charity: Transparently allocate a percentage of the massive revenues from these events to rebuilding the destroyed sports, cultural, and educational infrastructure in Gaza.
Showcase the Art and Culture of Resistance: Dedicate a portion of the programming to screening films and showcasing the music, art, and literature of the Palestinian resistance to ensure their true narrative is heard in the face of enemy propaganda.

And we, the people, will take the following actions:

Demand Action from Governments: We will demand that our governments, instead of silence and indifference, fulfill their responsibility towards Palestine and use all their diplomatic and political capacities to end the siege of Gaza. We will hold them accountable.
Challenge Your Narrative: Under every promotional and official post for these events, we will write about Palestine. With the hashtags #PalestineFirst and #فلسطين_أولاً, we will make the true narrative prevail.
Choose Our Heroes: Any athlete, artist, or public figure who supports Palestine is our hero. Anyone who remains silent will lose our respect. We will make our support meaningful.
Amplify This Message: We will not just sign. Each of us commits to sending the link to this campaign to at least 10 other people, turning this wave into a storm.

أضواء ساطعة، وضمائر صامتة: لا تتركوا فلسطين ضحيةً للتطبيع

منظمي الفعاليات الكبرى في العالمين العربي والإسلامي، والجهات الراعية، والحكومات، والرأي العام.

نحن أمام خيار.
بإمكاننا أن نغرق في الأضواء المبهرة للألعاب النارية في موسم الرياض، وفي حماس المنافسات الرياضية في دورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي، وفي روحانية التجمعات الرمضانية، ونتظاهر بأن كل شيء طبيعي. نتظاهر بأن الكهرباء لم تُقطع عن منازل غزة، وبأن المستشفيات لا تكتظ بالجرحى، وبأن أحلام الأطفال لا تُدفن تحت الأنقاض.

أو يمكننا أن نقف ونصرخ بكل ما أوتينا من قوة: لا شيء طبيعي!

هناك تيار خطير وممنهج يعمل على تحويل القضية الفلسطينية – قلب أمتنا النابض وشرفها – إلى قضية هامشية، وخبرٍ قديم، وقصة منسية. وهذه الفعاليات الضخمة، التي تجذب أنظار العالم إلينا، قد تحولت، عن غير قصد، إلى أداة لهذا "التطبيع" القاتل. عندما نصمت في ذروة هذه اللحظات، فإننا نرسل رسالة عملية إلى العالم مفادها أن حياة الشعب الفلسطيني وموته ومقاومته الباسلة لا تهمنا.

لم يعد هذا مجرد طلب بسيط؛ بل هو تحذير. فالتاريخ لن يغفر لنا صمتنا أمام محو الهوية الفلسطينية.

إننا نطالبكم، يا أصحاب السلطة والثروة والقرار:

وضوح الموقف: هل تقفون في جانب التاريخ أم في جانب الظالم؟ اجعلوا الدعم العلني لفلسطين جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الميثاق الأخلاقي لجميع فعالياتكم، خاصة دورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي التي تحمل اسم التضامن.
امنحوا المنابر لفلسطين: بدلاً من دعوة المشاهير غير المبالين، ادعوا النشطاء والصحفيين والفنانين الفلسطينيين لاستخدام منابركم الإعلامية القوية لإيصال أصواتهم إلى الملايين.
أبرِزوا الرموز: شجعوا الرياضيين المشاركين على إظهار تضامنهم بشكل عملي بارتداء شارات على أذرعهم، أو الكوفية، أو حمل الرموز الفلسطينية. إنها حركة بسيطة، لكنها رسالة قوية.
التزام مالي، لا صدقة: خصصوا نسبة من الإيرادات الضخمة لهذه الفعاليات بشكل شفاف لإعادة إعمار البنية التحتية الرياضية والثقافية والتعليمية المدمرة في غزة.
اعرضوا فن وثقافة المقاومة: خصصوا جزءاً من البرامج لعرض أفلام وموسيقى وفنون وأدب المقاومة الفلسطينية، حتى تُسمع روايتهم الحقيقية في مواجهة دعاية العدو.

أما نحن، الشعوب، فسنعمل على النحو التالي:

مطالبة الحكومات: سنطالب حكوماتنا، بدلاً من الصمت واللامبالاة، بالقيام بمسؤولياتها تجاه فلسطين واستخدام كافة قدراتها الدبلوماسية والسياسية لإنهاء حصار غزة. وسنحاسبهم على ذلك.
سنتحدى روايتكم: تحت كل منشور إعلاني ورسمي لهذه الفعاليات، سنكتب عن فلسطين، وسنجعل الرواية الحقيقية هي السائدة بوسمَي #PalestineFirst و #فلسطين_أولاً.
سنختار أبطالنا: كل رياضي أو فنان أو شخصية تدعم فلسطين هي بطلنا، وكل من يصمت سيسقط من أعيننا. سنجعل دعمنا ذا معنى.
سننشر هذه الرسالة على نطاق واسع: لن نكتفي بالتوقيع فقط. يتعهد كل واحد منا بإرسال رابط هذه الحملة إلى 10 أشخاص آخرين على الأقل، حتى تتحول هذه الموجة إلى عاصفة.
