Sentence reduction for Adrian Lyman

Sentence reduction for Adrian Lyman
The Issue
Adrian Lyman is serving a 46 year sentence with 10 to do mandatory in prison. Adrian has already completed 8 years of his prison sentence, in which he was sentence under the 3 strike law that was created some years back with habitual violators. Adrian was sentenced because he was driving around doing nothing and was stopped by the local officials in the county for what reason we still don't know that as well, he did have a small amount(less than a half of ounce) of marijuana and cocaine in the vehicle he was driving in which there was 2 other passengers riding in the car with him that was instantly let go with no questioning, searching, no nothing. We never got access to any of his paperwork such as, the motion of discovery or the purpose for stopping him, from either of the 3 lawyers we have paid to get the paperwork or get him home, to even know the exact amount of drugs that was suspected on him or should I say in the car at the time of the stop. My main goal for this petition is not to say Adrian was right in anyway to ride around with drugs in his car whether the drugs was his or not, but it is just sad that he has spent 8 years in prison for something so simple and the small amount of drugs that was found in his vehicle.
Adrian is the father of 8 kids and 1 grandson (that he never even seen before) and that he loves tremendously and they love him back the same way. He is missing out on their lives due to something that was a mistake in his younger years. I do feel as if Adrian has learned that he has a family out here that needs him more then anything. He is constantly having conversations with his kids on how not to take the path that he chose to take to end up in a place that is not meant for rehabilitation. Adrian has suffered these last 8 years from not being able to see his kids grow into adulthood, being thrown in the whole for months for no reason at all, and even being exposed to pepper spray that wasn't even intended for him. Our family is suffering without his presence.
In conclusion, Adrian has been in prison for 8 years, has had only 1 disciplinary action, and has not been involved in any gang activity, fights or has yet to entertain the horrible things that take place inside the prison system. On top of that he is staying sane in the mist of a pandemic and all that's is going on in the world today. All I ask is that someone review his case, grant him a lighter sentence, and allow him to come home. Governor Brian Kemp you have the power to bring Adrian Lyman home to his family and save the state an undisclosed amount of money. To my fellow citizens let's get as many signatures as possible so he can come home to be with his family! Thanks.
