The Issue

We on behalf of the Massachusetts Recovery Learning Communities are requesting signatures to combat 50% budget cuts for fiscal year 2016. RLCs statewide support thousands of people each year to avoid hospitalizations, search for work and housing, address substance abuse issues, and find meaningful roles and purposes in their communities. Recovery Learning Communities save taxpayers many thousands of dollars by reducing emergency room visits and long-term hospital stays as after-care treatment. RLCs are universal safe-zones available to all who seek support. Please sign this petition as it has the ability to save lives. Recovery and wellness are rights we all deserve and with your signature we can continue to provide services to those desperately in need.
