The Chemical Safety Board has done a thorough job of identifying design and process safety flaws at the DuPont Lannate unit. Unfortunately, the report will not be published unless enough people speak out. Good livings are made in chemical plants and refineries that surround us in Southeast Texas. But the 4 lives lost deserve to be honored with improved safety.
