Break the Monopoly: Demand Fair Internet Access at Residensi Aurora, Cyberjaya
The Issue
We, the residents of Residensi Aurora, Cyberjaya, are deeply frustrated by the monopolistic control of internet services by SIC Broadband (Internet Service Provider).
With no alternative providers, we are forced to accept high prices, unreliable speeds, frequent outages, and poor customer service.
This monopoly affects our ability to work, study, run businesses, and stay connected in a digital world.
We respectfully demand action from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), local authorities, and elected representatives to:
1. Investigate SIC’s practices and service quality
2. Allow alternative Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to operate in our area
3. Enforce fair competition and protect consumer rights
We deserve better — choice, fair pricing, and reliable internet access.
Let’s end this digital monopoly and bring real connectivity back to Residensi Aurora.
