Today ,Punjab- Haryana high court gave a decision against all animal lovers especially Dog feeders that if their feeded Dog bite any person, the feeder will be fined of atleast a minimum fine of rs.10000 and much more.

This is totally against humanity becoz feeders will be scared to feed .

Everyone knows that Dogs r the Best friends of Humans and they r totally depend on humans.

So kindly sign this petition and Force the Punjab- Haryana High court to get back their decision.
