As of a June 30, 2023 Supreme Court Ruling, businesses can legally refuse service to queer people. In a capitalist society, this possibility for state and corporate repression poses a very real threat to queer and trans survival. However, as queers and accomplices, we can choose not to show up at these businesses. They can't refuse services if there's no queer community asking to be served, can they?

By signing this petition, I pledge to:

• Boycott any business that refuses to serve queer and trans people on the basis of our queerness.
• Support my local mutual aid network, and any other organization that reduces queer reliance on businesses.
• Support my local queer and trans owned businesses.
• If I am a business owner, not refuse service to queer and trans people, even if I am in a community that pressures me to do so.
