On May 29 Altar’d State announced their decision to pull their plus size line, instead prioritizing a baby clothes line, a furniture line, and a workout line( which also doesn’t come in plus sizes). 

 this decision comes as an upset and shock to the plus size community. The plus size community is constantly let down by brands time and time again, and the message we get is this: we don’t feel like we are worthy enough to shop in your stores. 

 it’s crazy that literal furniture has mor priority than plus size people. The market is there, the numbers are there, if you make it, we will buy it.  For many, it felt like this was the only store that catered to us and offered styles that were similar or the same as straight size stores.
