Thanks for signing our petition and for your support!

Boroondara Councillors will be voting on the 2022 Bike Strategy and will hopefully approve it soon.

Many people in Boroondara are reluctant to ride their bikes on busy roads and streets.

Improving the network of protected bike routes and bike paths will encourage people of all ages and abilities to use their bikes more.

Safe bike routes to schools will also encourage more students to ride their bikes to school. This will decrease traffic and congestion during busy school opening and closing times.

We will send out an update when there is news on the Bike Strategy and/or Boroondara Budget items for bike-related infrastructure.

If you live in Boroondara please contact your local Councillor and let them know you would like the Bike Strategy approved.
