University students are having to move out early due to Covid-19 shutting down most of the university facilities and face to face teaching.

It is now also safer and in the best interest for most to go back home however we are still expected to pay rent for accommodation we are not living in due to the last semester of university being cancelled. 

It should be made that if a student moves out and hands in the keys before the next term would have started then they should not have to pay the rent or the fees to cancel the contract.
