How Contradictory is  the travel traffic light system.
We can be fully vaccinated here in Uk yet be in close contact with someone who’s tested positive with covid but continue to go about as normal - supermarkets etc. Yet we can’t travel to red list countries without having to spend ££££s in a prison hotel . Some of these red list countries shouldn’t be on the red list . Take for Eg Dominican Republic. Over 50% fully vaccinated. Some are now triple vaccinated. Population approximately 11 million cases per average 7 days 230 . Something wrong somewhere . Political? Money making scheme to make people fork out ££££s .  Americans , Afghans and god knows how many other countries citizens are allowed to come to the uk without quarantining.  
I myself have followed all the rules 100% but now is the time to get back to some kind of normality. Protect the travel industry. Let us enjoy our overseas holidays without having to worry about thr lights changing . Covid is going to me around for years if not forever . Stop them putting our life’s on hold. Scrap the traffic light system especially for fully vaccinated or at least fully vaccinated not have to quarantine in a prison hotel .
